Aoolive Inc. values its customers and respects their privacy. We collect customer information in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, services, and promotions.   We do not share any customer information with third parties.  We do not sell or rent customer information to third parties.  

We will use your email address to communicate with you about the status of your order and to send you Anthem email communications regarding sales and promotions that we think will interest you.  If you would prefer not to receive any promotional emails from Anthem, please contact us.

Online Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with every AOOLIVE online purchase. If your order fails to meet your expectations for any reason, please return the merchandise by mail within 30 days of receipt  of product. Returns are refunded in the original payment form for the merchandise price, less shipping and handling. 

  • Proof of purchase is required for a refund
  • Shipping and handling charges are non refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect and a replacement of the merchandise is not possible
  • Tax charges are refunded in accordance to state and county laws
  • Customized, Monogrammed and personalized items cannot be returned
  • Returned apparel and accessories must be unworn and unwashed and in original condition. AOOLIVE tags must still be on the item

Online Returns can be made in person at any of our store locations for exchange or store credit only.  Please provide your order confirmation with the merchandise being returned.   If you require a refund to the original form of payment made online an email will be sent via our online service stating the refund has been applied to the original form of payment within 5 days of the merchandise being returned to the store.
