About Our Furniture
How do you ensure a quality product?
Our team spends months, even years, working closely with our partners to develop our furniture from the inside out—from selecting every component to extensively sampling and testing pieces in our own homes.
When your piece is completed, it goes through a rigorous inspection process to guarantee precise workmanship. Every piece isn’t shipped until it’s perfect.
How long will it take for my furniture to arrive?
The production schedule for each piece can be found on its product shopping page. Most of our bespoke creations are live in our partner studios within 3-5 weeks of your order. If you order a piece ready for immediate shipment, it will ship from our artisan studio within 2 weeks. The lead time estimates on each product page are reviewed and updated weekly based on our latest knowledge of partner capacity and material availability, as well as any planned holiday closures. New ready-to-ship products are added regularly.
Once ready, your piece will ship out to a local delivery facility in your area, which typically takes 2-4 weeks and varies based on location. Please note, shipping for international orders typically takes 5-7 weeks. At this point, you will receive a call to schedule a delivery at our partner’s first available date. After you place your order, we will provide you with an estimate of when you will receive your scheduling call based on your zip code. We appreciate your support as we deliver your pieces as quickly as possible this season. Feel free to reach out to our team prior to placing your order for an estimate of your shipping timeline.
