The production schedule for each piece can be found on its product shopping page. Most of our bespoke creations are live in our partner studios within 3-5 weeks of your order. If you order a piece ready for immediate shipment, it will ship from our artisan studio within 2 weeks. The lead time estimates on each product page are reviewed and updated weekly based on our latest knowledge of partner capacity and material availability, as well as any planned holiday closures. New ready-to-ship products are added regularly.

Once ready, your piece will ship out to a local delivery facility in your area, which typically takes 2-4 weeks and varies based on location. Please note, shipping for international orders typically takes 5-7 weeks. At this point, you will receive a call to schedule a delivery at our partner’s first available date. After you place your order, we will provide you with an estimate of when you will receive your scheduling call based on your zip code.
